Choice Homes was founded over a decade ago. In the beginning we only sold used homes. The founding partners had over 30 years experience in the housing industry mostly working for larger sales companies with multiple lots. They both worked their way up from sales to upper management positions. The feeling they shared was that customer never came first at these larger companies; profit was placed in front of everything, including the customer and the quality of their homes.Not agreeing with this philosophy, the partners decided to resign from their management positions and do something different.

On April 2, 1996, Choice Homes was founded; with the same objective now as it was then. This is to sell a quality home, at a reasonable price, to service the homes that we sell and most of all place the customer first! The customer relationship policy is simple. Be open and honest with all of our customers. Choice Homes sells new manufactured (single and doublewide) homes. Choice Homes also sells modular (ranch, cape cods, and two story) homes. Choice Homes also purchases and sells used single and doublewide homes.

Choice Homes does custom factory orders for our customers on new manufactured and modular homes. Customers choose their options and colors. Choice Homes does not mark up option prices. The larger companies mark up the options as much as 40%, this means if you put $10,000 worth of options in your home at one of the larger companies, you may pay as much as $14,000. At Choice Homes, when you put $10,000 worth of options in your home, you will pay $10,000 for those options. Choice Homes provides their customers with a signed copy of factory's order conformation. (These are actual production orders.) The conformation shows you all the added options, the cost of each option, as well as all the colors, carpet, siding, etc... This insures that our customers get what they order. No Surprises.

Choice Homes has easy on-site financing for both conventional and land home packages. Choice Homes does not mark up interest rates either; the rate that you are approved for is the rate that you receive. Land home financing with $0 down to land owners.
